At SouthTech, it is our priority to not only serve our Surgeons and all of the orthopedic partners that participate in positive outcomes, but it is our commitment to support and educate our own Team.

As a new hire, you complete an intensive 8 week, in-house training program. This program begins with anatomy, physiology, bio-mechanics and relevant information as it relates to the use of our products.

The Educational onboarding program progresses into more detailed information on products and surgical procedures. Our emphasis centers around providing the best service to our surgeons so they can treat their patients better.

New employees are required to attend the 8 week course, pass the weekly written exams with 90% or better, be proficient in verbal role plays and lab practicums, as well as participate in Team field activities before “graduating”.

Upon graduation, successful candidates will begin an eight-week field training program. This is an accelerated course that consists of organizational structure, territory coverage, and the internal procedures to be successful in your new role, in addition to effectively contributing to your team.

After eight months with SouthTech, a Corporate Training course is required at our Global Headquarters in Naples, Florida. Here, you are tested on your knowledge and proficiency in all Arthrex products and procedures.
